I can't thank Sue enough. Her patient demeanor made for a gracious host to my mom who was very reluctant to find herself a wig due to hair loss. Sue helped my mom try on 5-6 different wigs, and explained the difference for each one. She understood our price range, and while keeping options open, she didn't make it feel forced.
